That was a lost of 150£ as I showed a balayage that I had done before and after 3 hours my hair looked totally the same. I explicitly said I want them brighter and I showed a picture (i was aware that what I asked was doable as I have done it before). Also, the toner which costs 30£ it should be explicitly mentioned in the booking that is not included. Totally disappointed.
