It was good. I didn’t realise I was buying another service when I accepted a golden toner on my highlights, it would be better if they explained extra costs and time involved when extras are offered.

Natalie absolutely transformed my hair. It looks the best it has ever looked. I love this salon and I am glad I had found my new go to in London. I cannot wait to return. The team were so patient friendly and lovely with me even when I changed what I wanted and over ran they only wanted to accommodate me and for me to be happy. Above and beyond customer service.
