Edda (lovely lady from iceland) was unreal, super friendly and great attention to detail. My cut was absolutely perfect & exactly what I wanted. I will 100% be back for the same cut in a few months!

My colour and cut were both good except that I left with lots of color on my forehead.
But my stylist wasn't wearing a mask, I had to ask him to put one on. He did but often it was below the nose and given we were in close proximity for 2 hours I didn't feel safe. It's understandable if someone can't wear a mask due to health issues but the salon should have got in touch in advance to let me know. In this case I would have requested a stylist who is comfortable wearing a mask.

Live true at Clapham will always be disappointing. I booked for braids and apparently i had to p book extra for washing my hair so i got charged 15£ just for the washing. The technician tried her best but still not close of what i showed her (which was just 2 french braids). I would recommend the Vauxhall it has turned out much better!
