I had a cut, balayage and blow dry, and whilst the cut and colour was lovely, I have been very let down by the customer service and would not recommend booking in for this treatment.
I pre-paid £185, and at the end of my treatment I was brought over to the receptionist by the hair dresser and I was unwillingly and unknowingly told I had to pay an additional £75 on top of what I had already paid, without consenting to the additional costs or being told that I would have to pay anything extra. If I had known I’d been expected to pay this much I would have gone elsewhere.
If clients are to be charged additional costs, they should be informed and given a choice beforehand.
The receptionist recommended that I email customer service, which I did on the 14th August. I still hadn’t received ANY contact or a reply, even despite sending a follow up email on the 22nd August.
I would not return to this salon.
