Went in with a terribly grown out rose gold balayage (was done post lockdown) in need of some serious toning and TLC. Danny was very exceptionally helpful and gave me a beautiful natural brown balayage. It looks like my hair just got back from a sunny holiday!

I was not given what I asked for at all. You could barely tell I had had a treatment. I went back for a fix and was told that for a half head balayage it was not possible to add colour to back section of your hair even though that is what I asked for. I would only go if you are very assertive and know exactly what you want and how to describe it in terms that the stylist understands. Terrible communication. I was also upsold without being told it would cost more by being given a full head balayage on my first appointment without knowing.

Lovely haircut from Keenan and exactly what I asked for. I was initially concerned by how quick it was but I shouldn't have been. So far my hair has been on its best behaviour every day, with very little encouragement - ideal. Thanks!
