I am truly disappointed with the service at the Live True London Clapham North. The hair wash was quite rough and the haircut was extremely basic. The blowdry was probably the worst in my life.Gabriele was rushed and distracted! I wasn’t offered any drink and when blow-drying the hairdresser did not use any heat protector or styling product. In the end, he just said that it finished and did not even show me a mirror to see the back which was very unusual and happened the first time to me.
