Terrible blow-dry from Tina. My hair was not sectioned properly, the hair-dryer wasn't even hot, the process was rushed completely and my the final result looked terrible...
I'm never one to complain but this was possibly the worst blow-dry i've ever had.
I kindly asked her to section in smaller amounts and straighten the hair with more care, and she got offended, told me it's straight and there are no kinks and walked away and said she has to see her next client. Very unprofessional :(

Hairdresser was lovely. It wasn’t specified that cut wasn’t included, so have had a lovely balayage that will all be cut off by the time I get a haircut… Of course this isn’t the salons fault, it was busy at the time but just a little annoying this wasn’t made clearer.

Absolutely would not recommend- go to the Vauxhall Live true much better. Completely ruined the blonde that took me 3 years to achieve I asked for the specific toner dimensions that I usually get at Vauxhall and they decided natural for winter was better. My T section is completely uneven - horrified and upset doesn’t explain it

David was great and I'd highly recommend! My hair was cut just as I asked with lots of attention given and it was generally a lovely experience - good way to start a Saturday morning!
