BEWARE OF EXTRA FEES. Total scam. I ended up paying more than double the advertised price. I thought I was getting a deal with the “flash sale” price but I paid even more than I would have at a top salon. I was told I’d have to pay £60 extra for toner (essential for bleach) plus £30 extra for an additional toner. I was told about some of these but not all and I couldn’t really back out with half my head in foils already. I also asked for a root smudge for lower maintenance but did not receive.
