It was really just okay. The cut was very uneven until I said something and I had to fix a few awkward pieces when I got home. My appointment was booked for a different time than I had selected on Treatwell.

I love my balayage top up and cut! Umut really went the extra mile by staying late into the evening to ensure my hair colour was perfect and I absolutely love it!
