Today was not a good experience. I think most people in this salon will do a good job, I have been coming here for years but honestly, Kelvin was not good. He does not listen to what you want and will pull the “I have 29 years of experience” to do whatever he wants with your hair. He got mad at me for asking a specific haircut, which he then completly ignored… like I said, others will do a good job but unless you want a controlling hairdresser that won’t listed to what you want, avoid Kelvin

Umut gave me the absolute best massage i’ve ever had when washing my hair! He styled my hair exactly like I wanted. So glad I booked and will definitely be coming again :)

The person cutting my hair seemed kind of insecure at times and made a couple of mistakes whereas the first time I visited Live True the hairdresser was confident and end up doing an amazing job.
