I’ve been coming to live true london awhile now. I went in for a full colour-I’ve patch tested. I was ready and Louis wouldn’t colour my hair. I didn’t get rescheduled or refunded. I prepaid and they have basically stolen that.

Last minute they tried to reschedule me to the next day and when I asked for a refund they sent me to a corporate email. Still waiting. Terrible service.

I have previously had great experiences at live true but this time my hair didn’t come out well at all and when I called to try and get it rectified they dismissed me saying to email customer care who never got back to me. £180+ wasted.
