Appointment was at 3:15 but got moved to 4 as employee was sick. I however was not seen until 40 minutes later than 4. No apology was given by the reception staff. It all felt very chaotic in the salon. I felt sorry for Manuela she seemed very tired and a little sick she was pleasant however I didn’t feel confident whilst having my hair cut and didn’t feel that I was receiving the best treatment. Overall was a strange and not very good experience and felt disappointed in the service.

Kelvin is a great stylist. Gives lots of suggestions of ways my hair will compliment my face etc. makes me be a bit more daring. Gives an amazing scalp massage when he’s washing hair too! Really professional and friendly and my hair always looks great

Hands down the worst balayage experience I’ve had in 10 years of getting it. Bleach left on for FAR too long, to the point where Valerio must have forgotten about me (the receptionist agreed). Detangling my hair while the bleach was still in - I could literally hear it snapping. Final results were also appalling - chunky, streaky, yellow highlights; nowhere near balayage. Cut was wonky too with random uneven bits. Honestly no words. I paid over £200 to have my hair damaged and fall out. AVOID.
