Very poor! The stylist (Freddie) did not listen to me throughout the entire treatment and did not seem to understand my hair type at all. I have normally had a great experience with this salon, so this is very disappointing. I initially asked for an ash brown tint, however he decided to dye my hair a very red brown. The way the layers were cut in my hair did not suit the natural wave and now looks very triangular. I complained and went back to the salon to get the colour 'corrected' and received an even poorer service. The staff or stylist did not know why I was there, intact the stylist did not remember me!! After getting past this awkwardness I left the salon with my head covered in dye and my hair still v red in tone and now too dark. The stylist did not know how to do a wavy blow-dry and constantly got the brush stuck.

I got there at 9am for my appointment and sat down, not acknowledged my receptionist for ten mins she was more interested in her mobile phone and at 9.55am my stylist was still not there. I wasn’t offered a coffee or looked after at all, just had to wait til she turned up, her other appointments were arriving,So finally the stylist turns up,It’s was a rush, hatchet job and my hair is just a mess & costumer service has completely ignored all my emails and messenger. Be very wary of this place!

I have previously had good experiences here, but this time my stylist barely spoke to me. He did not consult me before washing my hair, only once wet. He didn’t ask where I parted my hair or part it before cutting. The cut made me feel anxious for the whole time as it felt haphazard. No product was applied to my hair, even before applying heat. I asked for a curly blow dry and he did a rough and then curled with straighteners, I could see steam coming off my hair which seemed damaging.
