I was unable to have my highlights done and the salon said they would process a refund with treatwell. It has been 3 weeks and I still have not received my refund, despite also reaching out to treatwell numerous times. I appreciate it might not be the salons fault but I would really like my refund and am hoping this prompts something to happen to make it possible.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I’ve had a Brazilian blow dry many times before which have worked wonderfully however, this treatment has not worked AT ALL. I’ve been in contact with the salon for months to get a refund, going back and forth with emails, consultations etc and they REFUSE to give me a refund despite the treatment being completely useless. At such a high price I expected better. AVOID THIS SALON AT ALL COSTS!

The salon was very busy and running a little late, there was also hair everywhere that hadn’t been cleaned up. However, the consultation I received for my haircut was great and the cut itself was quick and exactly what I wanted.
