Unfortunately I was really unhappy with my haircut, it’s blunt and completely uneven. I was never shown the back of my hair after the cut. I left the salon with my hair looking frazzled and like I had split ends. I wish I never booked the appointment. I’ve tried to contact them to resolve this but they’ve not replied to any of my emails. Also the towels smelt of damp.
