I felt very welcomed and was treated well but the haircut did not make any difference to my hair. Unfortunately I left the salon quite unhappy feeling that my hair did not look any different than when I walked in. I asked for a shorter trim half way through the cut and was told that with layering and the hair drying, the hair will look shorter but it didn't and it was hard to ask for shorter length at the end due to a long queue that had already built up after me, unfortunate

The experience was great but unfortunately the curls only lasted about 2-3 hours and by the time of the wedding they had all fallen flat. I asked during the appointment for more product to be added, which I got but unfortunately it wasn’t enough. I think unfortunately it wasn’t worth the money I paid.
