Ladies' Haircuts
I am utterly disappointed with the service. Not even close to the hair colour i wanted. Looks anything but balayage. Waited almost 4 hours in vain. While washing my hair, the staff was literally hurting me and being very messy while pulling my hair. What was that??? Since i prepaid, i almost left when they told me that i have another £15 to pay since he used some random product on my hair unsolicited. They said their card machine is not working, so i have to pay cash... Hell no.... Sounds very dodgy to me. Extremely boring place and a loss of space to be honest.
