Went in for a block colour. Positives - Really happy with the colour and the hairdresser listened to what I wanted. Negatives - the hairdressers in the salon were bickering about who should have to wash my hair which obviously killed the ambience and made me feel a bit awkward.

My cut and colour is really fantastic and Maria is a great hairdresser. however I was pretty surprised to be charged £40 at the till for toner (I alsp paid £25 for a conditioning treatment also but I knew how much that cost) I've been getting my hair highlighted for a long time now but never been charged over £20 for toner. Lovely job on my hair but I don't think I'll return because of that unfortunately as it's a bit out of my budget!
