I booked the first available appointment at 9am as I had a wedding to attend. The stylist arrived 40 minutes late. During that time, the receptionist handled it very poorly by repeatedly saying there was nothing she could do and turning her back on me. I was only helped after 35 minutes by another stylist who finished his appointment early and offered to squeeze me in before his next one. His manner and styling were fantastic and I'm very grateful for him stepping in. Unfortunately I won't be returning to this salon based on how I was treated by the other staff.
