Hairdresser was late and did not say sorry. Generally pleasant after this but the haircut was incredibly poor. I am very unhappy with it and have a wedding so have had to go to a different salon to get it sorted out. Will not be going to this salon again.

I really like this salon and the hair dressers I have is wonderful, she's so nice and smiley. unfortunately this time, I'm blaming the usual Friday afternoon tiredness, my hair was cut maybe three inches too short. Whilst at the time I was pretty upset and not sure how to take it, I can now see that she has made the best of it and it does look okay. she adapted it so it's been kept a touch longer at the front. obviously not the cut I was after, but I guess everyone has one bad day. wouldn't stop me from coming back and booking with her again.
