I’d like to first point out that the cut isn’t awful, I got a very good deal on treatwell for one of the highest levels of stylists and those on reception seemed really lovely, the experience was not ideal, however. I was asked how much I wanted cut off, which was only a small trim- I appreciate this can be frustrating but I really wanted to keep the length. My hair was washed and unfortunately there was no hot water for some reason. It was then *very* roughly blow dried before being cut, which seemed a strange order, not to mention my hairdresser was in constant conversation with the stylist next to him and my head/hair was being flung around left, right and centre before finally being blow dried with a brush when it was virtually dry. He then went to cut it without making any effort to part my hair, which is usually done religiously I thought? I questioned whether that should be done, to which he reluctantly attempted to part my hair, I asked if it could be a bit more centred to which he thrust me the comb and suggested I did it rather sarcastically.. the cut itself must have taken about 20 seconds. The whole experience made me feel incredibly awkward.
