Overall I am satisfied with my hair and my highlights especially with the price I paid. However I arrived 10 mins before my appointment and didn’t actually get seen till an hour and a half after I was meant to because nobody had the keys and they were waiting for them to arrive. We stood outside until we were told to come back in 10 mins or they would call us when they opened. I gave my number to be sure I didn’t miss my appointment but had to call myself numerous times over an hour to find out (think they forgot they promised to call). Then was told to come in- I asked whether I’d have to wait and was told no. I arrived and waited another half hour before being seen. I was seen by someone else than originally booked which I didn’t mind. The hairdresser was great and very precise overall but was working on another client as well. Think they were overbooked and running late. My treatment lasted an extra hour than expected (not inc the delay to my appointment) so if you do have plans you should account for this at the weekend.
