I could not be more complimentary about the customer service I received here. I initially had a couple of issues with my full head balayage, I think miscommunication with my stylist, and didn’t end up with what I wanted. However I called up a couple of days later and explained the issue, the team got me a same day appointment and Kieran was amazing in understanding. They rectified the issue and even went beyond and above to give me my perfect blowdry before an evening event. Thank you!

Overall I guess it was fine: the balayage was not perfect, some strands of hair were not blended well with my natural colour and I can definitely see them, also I have some super platinum blonde strands and some dark brown strands that are near and not quite suit each other, but for the price I paid I guess that’s what I expected.
The colour of the lightened hair is gorgeous.
Not the best of jobs but definitely not the worst.
