I had a colouring appointment. The staff were very nice and professional, but the appointment did take a lot longer than I was told in the booking, and there were some hidden extra costs. Would have appreciated clearer instructions at booking.

My 2 hour and 30 minute appointment ended up taking more than 5 hours long, although they did a decent job on the balayage, they prioritised other customers that came after me and ended up forgetting about my toner- until I had to remind them. I also ended up having to straighten my own hair as the staff members were unable to. I understand that they were busy but I came in being one of the first customers there and the last customer to go. Not impressed at all.
