Frederico always does a great job with my wash and cut. He's always happy in what he does and visibly takes pride in the finished product - definitely adds to the service! This time my daughter and I were in a hurry and he worked quickly to make sure we left on time.
Sometimes there's a wait before getting seen - an update from the reception staff would be helpful to set expectations.

Was really pleased with my haircut, the hairdresser (Maria) was lovely and did such a good job. Also took her time with my blow-dry and styling, so was good value for money compared to a lot of other places!

The salon was lovely, I was taken to have my hair washed quickly and felt relaxed. When it came to having the cut, it took less than 10 minutes which seemed very quick, when I mentioned it was fast the hairdresser said they were back to back all day. I was in and out within 40 minutes which felt a little rushed. I like the cut though, so maybe I'm just used to being in a salon for longer usually.
