Worst experience and customer service ever. After paying hundreds of pounds my hair feels damaged and ruined by their treatment and the follow up service (or lack of it) is just awful. They have no respect for the customer and just care about money. Will never go back or recommend to others!

I had the most horrendous, rude and unprofessional service from the staff and management of this salon and Franchise !
I went for a simple routine head of highlights with toner and the stylist ( Marnie) clearly wasn’t very good as she totally messed up my hair and I was left with an orange parting, ash ends and hardly any blonde highlights?
They refused to refund me so I had to agree to allow them to try and fix it, despite my concern about how this would damage my hair.
The 1st correction attempt did not manage to cover all of the orangey bits or even out the colour which left me no choice but to go back again so they could try to fix it again. !
The 2nd correction appointment meant more bleach and toner ... so my hair was left ravaged and I still wasn’t happy with the uneven colour / condition of my hair.
I requested , within my statutory rights, a refund as I was so upset and unhappy with the end result, it ruined my Christmas, and my hair is left damaged because of their mistake, but they still refused to refund me.
Live True have been ignoring my emails since before Christmas. They did not have the professional courtesy of integrity to respond to me and tell me this themselves, which is shocking customer service on a basic level and simply rude !
Treatwell have been so supportive and it was them who contacted the salon on my behalf as they were repeatedly ignoring me, to tell me tat Live True are refusing outright to refund me .
So I will continue to book through treatwell however all of my family and friends along with me, Will Not use Live True ever again.
I was hoping I would not have to write this very negative but unfortunately true Review but as I have been treated so badly I feel that it is important, in principle , that this issue is brought to light .
