I booked a balayage treatment through the app and my initial treatment didn’t go to plan unfortunately. However the management were very understanding when I explained I wasn’t satisfied and arranged to sort the issue for me. My second appointment was with Natalia who took the time to consult me and also set my expectations on what colour I could realistically achieve in the session. Was really happy with the outcome and I will 100% be back when i next want a colour treatment. Top customer service

This was the 2nd time I have been to Live True. The first time I got a very good cut, although the staff member was more junior to what I had booked, and yet they still charged me for the more senior service.
This time however, was very poor. The person cutting my hair (apparently a stylist) had to ask to members of staff on how to use a set of hair clippers! I ended up nowhere near what I wanted, as she had to keep cutting hair to reduce the mismatch in lengths she had created, until she asked if I would rather just shave it all off...Then charged me £27 for the service.
To be fair I had emailed the company after and they have offered to try and fix the cut after some of it has grown back.
I think with Live True it is complete luck to who you get. You will not be seen by who you have booked with, just who happens to be free (and more junior).

Not good, wouldn’t go back. Hairdresser was rude and disinterested and didn’t listen to what I wanted, so unsurprisingly I didn’t get what I’d paid for. Worst salon I’ve been to for years.
