I was so disappointed with my experience this time round, and have since complained but no one has responded to me. Having been here a number of times, I usually leave with a smile on my face, but as my usual hairdresser was away (I wasn't told this, despite booking with him), I had to take my chances on someone new. As crazy as it sounds, it was genuinely the most painful haircut I have ever had, and I was charged more than agreed to. Really disappointed, and cannot believe my complaint has been ignored.
