My hair cut was good, by a really nice woman. However prior to my haircut, I found the staff rude and unfriendly. No drink offered and I had to wait for 15 minutes and no one communicated what I was waiting for and the place was empty. I've had great haircuts here before but this just wasn't a pleasant experience.
