Staff are very friendly and attentive. Would definitely recommend. I went for a colour change with a creative stylist. The free consultation before hand is super reassuring, I felt like I was in expert hands when it came to getting my colour changed and they offer great maintenance advice for when you’re at home.

Nice salon on the outside. Was the first one in and the girl on reception was rude. Didn't say hello just said "wait" when I said I was here for my appointment and went to get someone else. The hairdresser was nice and friendly. Sure she would have done a better job but the receptionist was rushing her as her next appointment arrived. My hair is thick and needs more than an hour to cut and blow-dry and if felt so anxious that she was rushing the cut. The staff were coming up to her every 5 mins reminding her her next appointment was there. Really bad service and as a result my hair is noticeably longer on one side and isn't evenly cut at all. Wouldn't go back they don't do a proper job.
