I look like a 90s hedgehog :( The Live True balayage is so patchy and blocky, it has not been blended at all. In fact, the underneath of my hair has not been touched, despite paying for a full head balayage. The cut is all over the place. I have naturally mousy brown hair and asked for a natural balayage. It now has bright yellow white blonde clumps. I’m so upset, I don’t want to leave the house. Trying to resolve, but keep being referred to the email system. No one has responded to my emails!
