Good hairdressers, terrible organization. Overcharged me for toner that was not in the price of the service (balayage, obviously requires a toner), tried to get me to split the service into two days because they booked me in incorrectly, tried to get me to wait for a hairdresser for an hour, were rude when I said that balayage should include toner in the service otherwise its bleaching the hair and not balayage. Paid 150£ instead of 125£ and was there for 4,5 hr instead of 3. DONT RECOMMEND

I was really happy with my haircut after opting for a style much shorter than I'm used to. After showing my stylist a photo of a style I liked and explaining what I didn't like about my current style, she explained what she would do. I was a little apprehensive about the going shorter but she was reassuring and checked several times to make sure I was comfortable before the first snip.
