I originally booked and prepaid online but was encouraged to upgrade to another treatment in the salon which meant I no longer got the Treatwell pricing on this new treatment. I was able to use prepaid amount as credit but ended up being overcharged around £50 and had to contact the salon for a refund.
I liked the outcome of my hair but beware the price will always be more than listed as you HAVE to get a toner for an additional £30 even if you don't want it. Olaplex is also £30.
