I arrived the date of my appointment just on time. They took me in and made me wait. The. I realized that all the hairdressers were busy and there were 2 customers in front of me. The receptionist came to me and asked for the patch test. I didn’t have one as I was not advised (also I booked the appointment with less than 48hs and you are supposed to have it done 48hs before your appointment). I bleached my hair so many times. They basically refused to take me and they told me to email the custom
