It was my first time at a live true salon and I had Federico booked for balayage and toner. Federico was amazing and such a lovely person! He told me what he was doing throughout the process so I was kept updated and also checked up on how I was feeling. I showed his a couple of photos so he could tell me which would be achievable results. It didn’t feel rushed at all and he spent a long time working on my hair. I couldn’t be happier with the end result.

My cut and blow dry (booked very last minute!) was great, Diogo took lots of time to make sure my hair looked exactly the way I wanted while also taking into account my hair type. Nothing felt rushed, I’m really happy with the end result and Diogo was super friendly and gave me lots of extra tips! Would definitely recommend 😊
