Diogo was absolutely brilliant. He really listened to what I wanted from my cut and executed it beautifully. Plus, he gives a cracking head massage and is all round a really interesting and pleasant person to chat to.

stylist rescheduled me twice and then didn’t actually complete my treatment, ended up with a very inexperienced stylist - the receptionist in particular was rude when asking to reschedule me and was not accommodating to the fact that i was being moved around.
the blow dry itself was just tonged and i ended up with very flat ringlets.
overall pretty disappointed and was asked to pay an extra fee at the end for length of my hair - this wasn’t told to me before they started. 1/5 won’t go again.
