My hair is great and I absolutely love it. However, I booked my hair under the illusion of a flash sale, and with hair usually costing me a lot, I jumped on it. However, when we got to the end of my session I was asked to pay for both toner and ‘extra time’ which amounted to an extra £60. Which meant my hair was way out of my price range. At no point along way I was told that the extra time and the toner would cost more. I feel as if I have been taken advantage of.
