Kashell was a lovely person but I was left for 30 minutes with half my head wet, half in foils, in a sink,whilst she treated someone else.Then I had a 10 minute wait for purple shampoo. Wasn't asked how I wanted my hair blow dried and the parting was in the wrong place. The only way they will do highlights is bleach and then additional toners so instead of having 1, 2 or 3 shades of colour in foils you can only have bleach and then somehow they told me they'd tone it at £34 a shade. Nonsense.

Sadly booked the Brixton salon and they couldn’t offer that hair colouring treatment at their salon so they sent me to their other salon in Clapham 20 minutes before my appointment. Then going to the Clapham salon - no one there did the treatment either so I had to spend more money to get a different treatment and now my hair is less blonde. Leaving the salon my hair looks no different to going in for £140 with 50% discount applied. Pretty upset as all that money for my hair to look the same.

Disappointing experience. Despite having similar hair the hairdresser (who was otherwise lovely) seemed overwhelmed by my long thick hair, and annoyed that it’d take her longer to style.
Asked for a bouncy blow-dry with shape at the ends but received poker straight results.
Brushing was so harsh and their shampoo gave me dandruff.
Staff v friendly but the space is run down and grotty
