It took 3 and a half hours to do a head of highlights on fine shoulder length hair. 3 hours in they told me I wasn’t booked for a hair cut so they can’t give me one, they told me I had misunderstood how to book on treatwell. When I have booked with other salons a toner and trim is always included as standard with high lights. Charging for all things separately means this salon works out expensive & not worth the price. The place is run down & has hair trapped in the wheels of all their equipment

Ive always loved LTL, and Ive been going to the Brixton branch for years now. And Kashell was fantastic! She was communicative and friendly and gave me a wonderful fresh haircut! Im so happy with the results and she was so fast too! Would definitely go back to her!
