The first thing I mentioned was that i'm getting married at the start of the year so wanted to retain length, have a trim and add back some of the very subtle long layers. Whilst we agreed how much to take off (around 2 inches), the hair that fell into my lap was far longer than this, (around 5 inches) and the layers are far from subtle as I have what essentially looks like two different haircuts from the front. With my wedding in only a few months, i'm disappointed and pretty upset.
