Awful experience where I had to reschedule but nobody answered the phone after trying 3 times. I replied to the email I received from the salon advising on my having to cancel and tried to rebook but heard nothing back. When I finally got through to call them to rebook they told me I can’t rebook or have refund and to contact treatwell. Utter bollocks
