Salon tried to cancel my booking the day before because I "hadn't had a patch test" - I'd had a patch test 2 days prior and had proof. Salon was closed when I turned up. They sent me to soho where my hair was done poorly. I complained but no outcome.
Even though I was the first appointment of the day, hairdresser turned up 30 minutes late so was unable to get my haircut in time really disappointed and a big waste of time
Sadly, I paid £50 for a haircut that left my hair looking very similar to when I went in. Have since been in touch with the customer service, but had no response.
