The outcome was great - they tacked on about £50 in extra charges that no one discussed with me prior to paying though - which reminded me why I stopped going here in the first place

Lovely haircut but there was no space in the basin so they didn’t wash my daughter’s hair and just sprayed it

Lovely blowdry by kind and attentive Kristina. She was very gentle blowdrying my hair which I love. Easy to access by bus or tube.
