Venue is clean and organised. Kristina didn't introduce herself or ask my name, so I felt a bit uneasy not knowing if I was with the same person. Communication was pretty basic - she didn't say whether we'd discuss what I want before/after washing my hair (looks totally different), didn't say what she was going to do before doing it, didn't offer me a drink like everyone else in there. She was great in that she is obviously experienced though - happy with the final result :)
