I turned up 7 minutes late to my appointment following a late running tube and was very rudely told by the stylist she didn't have time for me anymore. I never leave a bad review but I was upset by the way I was spoken to and didn't expect to have my appointment cancelled only being a few minutes late. I also wasn't provided a refund and now have to email customer services to get my money back - just a warning to others !

This was my second appointment with Kashell, and she’s honestly amazing! I had my hair colour completely messed up somewhere else, but she worked her magic again — super professional, calm, and so talented. She gave me beautiful balayage and root shadow. My hair looks fresh, healthy, and perfectly blended. Highly recommend! 💛
