The staff are friendly, but unfortunately the last few times I’ve visited I’ve felt rushed in and out rather than given a personalised experience. I also asked for a fringe, and the first response I got was, “I can’t cut that,” which felt a little unprofessional coming from a hairdresser. It gave the impression that my request wasn’t really being considered. Overall, I don’t feel they really listen to what you’re asking for and instead do whatever is quickest or easiest.

Al was really friendly and professional. He was patient with me as I couldn't decide on colour and was really helpful for the consultation part. During the treatment he regularly checked in on pressure, water temperature etc. Highly recommend!
