Little Treats is a gem hidden in the basement of the Solutions gym. I have a standing monthly appointment because (1) Carole is the best massage therapist, and (2) the treatments are so affordable. What would easily set me back £150 elsewhere costs so much less here.
I’ve had the lava shell massage, hot stone massage and drift away massage, and they are all consistently fantastic - not just as a treat, but also for my lower back pain. Carole adjusts the pressure of the treatment according to my needs and gets rid of all the knots. Another great thing about Carole is that she’s non-judgemental about people’s bodies. You haven’t shaved your legs all winter? Carole doesn’t care. Get up on that table and have the best massage of your life.
The Eve Taylor facial is also five stars - it really purifies my skin and gets all the dirt out of my pores without needing any extraction. That’s definitely needed when I’m on the tube every day.
If you’re looking for a place where you can sit in a dressing gown and drink green tea by a water feature, Little Treats isn’t for you. If you’re looking for a venue with excellent treatments that are great value, Little Treats might be your new favourite place. It’s definitely mine.

I always book at little treat holistic because Carol has excellent technique and competent to her speciality massage( hot stone) which was recommended by her .

Booked hotstone massage and received confirmation for hotstone massage and reminder.
On the day, the member of staff wasn't prepared. Had to wait while stones were being heated, they also kept going cold and during massage had two be changed.
A pair of shoes was under the table, not nice to look at during massage or hygienic either.
A disappointing experience compared to my last two visits.
