I purchased a massage and facial as a treat for my mum and it's definitely one of the best gifts I have given. It has been a week now and mum still talks about how amazing Carole was. The therapist is kind and really knows what she's doing. The room is cosy and welcoming. I will definitely be trying it for myself soon. Thanks Carole.
I've been seeing Carole for about a year and she's amazing. I've lived in Croydon for 4 years and this is the first time I've seen a local beautician twice, as I've never been happy with anyone before. But Carole is excellent and I look forward to my visits. She has given me some of the best massages I've ever had (ask her about her heated water pillow, which sits under the base of your back!), as well as regular waxes and beauty treatments such as tinted lashes. It's amazing to get such a talented therapist at such good prices, and I'd recommend her to anyone.

But it was more than just the massage, the total experience, specialism and expertise really does make a difference in the quality I received. The massage I received over the years from her itself is fantastic. Not even sure where to start with the massage... all I know is that I have left feeling relaxed and with a pain free shoulder and back tension. Your relaxation starts from the moment you step through the door. Although small, the ambience of the treatment room takes you to a different plain. The end of my treatments always seem to come too soon, but I walk out relaxed and happy, ready to start all over again. Already counting down the days til my next treatment.
