I love Sam she is lush, I'malways bendign her ear abd she always listens, always friendly and caring, so gentle with treatments too. Iove the salon, great beds and beauty. Sam knows how fussy I am, but she gets it right every time. The atmosphere is always great in the salon and all the staff there are amazing
