They are always overbooked - min wait time for your appointment is 30 mins and no apology! Been going to this salon every 2 weeks since all shops opened and it’s always the same thing - though you have booked at 12.30 pm your appointment will start at 1pm but still no apology! And as you can imagine due to their delay everything will be rushed! The result is like their scheduling - messy and the experience is just dreadful. Never going back!
