I’ve been coming for the past 2 months and my nails have chipped one week in, probably because they rush. Today I went to get them fixed and stated I could not have the drill used as my nails are very thin. Instead, the technician ignored me and used the drill. When I asked her not to she was so so rough with me, laughed at me, was unprofessional, rushed and in the end the process actually really hurt. It’s a shame as I really wanted to give this place a chance. I’ll be going elsewhere next time
