I hate leaving these negative reviews but I used to be a loyal customer back in the day but it’s clear that management has changed and honestly the mani pedi I had was so bad. I shouldn’t have to keep giving direction on what to cut or how to file down. Nothing was symmetrical, cuticles were not fully removed, some nails were painted nicely but most were painted badly. It’s clear everything is rushed. You know it’s bad when you go home and think I could have done this myself.
