I usually get a little hand massage at the end for the same service but today I was presented with the moisturizer to apply it myself. Also didn’t check with me if I liked the colour once on my nails like his colleague does. When I said it looked a little orangey I was told “no, it’s yellow” and he proceeded. + my gel has not been applied properly on two nails. I see dark lines inside the yellow which looks dirty. Never had NAM before but practice needs improvement. A bit disappointed today
