Since my hair had been bleached it started to feel lifeless whatever the hair products I used. After the Keratin treatment my hair feels stronger and it no longer looks or feels like those sad dried-out grass! This treatment also enhanced the colour of lightened part of hair too :)
Ross was knowledgeable, his work was careful and professional. I didn't feel intimidated or rushed through. It was very comfortable and enjoyable experience :) I'll be back for the treatment and fringe cut again!
